Review Policy



 REVIEW COPIES BEING ACCEPTED

Thank you for your interest and for visiting my Review Policy page.

Review Copies are currently being accepted by Moonlight Gleam’s Bookshelf. It would be a pleasure to accept review copies, join in blog/book tours, host contests, host author guest posts, and author interviews (see below for more details).

Self-published and Indie authors are also welcome to submit review requests.

I also enjoy reading a series in order, therefore, I require that the previous books be sent along with the current novel you wish for me to read and review.

**I do have a wishlist for publishers and authors to refer to regarding some upcoming releases that I would love to read and review here on my blog.

       Interviews - Guest Posts - Blog Tours - Giveaways/Contests

      It would be a pleasure to participate as a host for authors interviews, author guest posts or have my blog as a stop on a blog or book tour. Author or publisher giveaways and contests are welcome as well.

      If you are interested in doing an author interview, guest post or blog tour, I do request that a copy of your novel be sent with ample time to read before the questions need to be submitted. 


      For giveaways and contests: please submit your requests stating your personalized giveaway guidelines and requirements, as well as the deadline so that I may be able to schedule it accordingly.

      Please Note: If I am not familiar with your work or with the author's work, I do require the option to read the title before I will agree to an interview or a guest post.


       DISCLOSURE

      ** In accordance with the new FTC Guidelines for blogging and endorsements, Moonlight Gleam's Bookshelf would like to disclose that all of the books that I receive for review are provided by the publisher, a third party, or directly by the author FOR FREE, in exchange for an honest review. This will be specified on each review. I also do purchase many books which I keep and read for later review.  My reviews will always be honest and stay fair to the author and I do not accept/receive monetary compensation for my reviews.**

      I will make sure to post a review of an ARC (advanced reader's copy) within the month surrounding the release date unless asked otherwise. Note: If there is a specific date you wish the reviews to be posted, please indicate it within your message.

      Giveaways and contests:  It would be a pleasure to host a contest or book giveaway, as well as provide links to promotional information – as requested by publishers or authors.

      I will never sell an ARC (Advanced Reader’s Copy) and will always ask permission if I may wish use them in book giveaways or contests.

      Affiliates: I am currently an affiliate with Book Depository, Amazon, and BookCloseouts. Any compensation acquired from these programs will be used in the following ways:
      • Prizes in giveaways such as (gift certificates/books) for my readers
      • Shipping expenses for giveaways
      • etc.

       GIVEAWAY POLICY

      Here is a list of policies applying to all giveaways, unless stated otherwise.
      • All contests are open to those 13 years of age or older. 
      • All contest winners will be announced on the blog.
      • Winner will be expected to provide mailing address within 24 hours of announcement.
      • I am not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail.
      • I can end a contest before its original deadline without any prior notice.
      • I can disqualify any entry as I see fit. 

      Important when entering for giveaways:
      • Check giveaway deadlines!
      • Check shipping restrictions!
      • Be sure to follow giveaway instructions! 

      Note: If you have not received your prize within 4 to 6 weeks after being sent, please contact me and I will try to see what I can do, however, I am not responsible for lost prizes as stated above.
