About The Author:
Guest Post:
As cliche as it sounds, I've always wanted to be a writer. A big inspiration for me is boredom. I know that's not as uplifting as some authors, but I get bored way too easily, so writing helps keep the boredom away.
- What do you enjoy most about writing?
Sharing it with the world. It really is amazing to create something out of your imagination, write it down not knowing if its every going to go any further then your own computer, and then finding out it's going to be published. So sharing the book with readers is the biggest part I enjoy.
- What elements do you believe makes a good story?
I think the characters make a good story. For example I've read some books that I truly love and at the end of the book, I've realized that they book really had no plot, but I didn't notice it because I loved the characters. Good characters can save a book.
- Name the top three things that you cannot live without?
Caffeine. Laptop. Caffeine.
- Which character in Cursed do you believe you relate to most and why?
I relate to Olivia the most. She speaks to my inner child.
- If you are currently working on another novel, can you give us a hint on what you have in store for your readers?
I'm currently working on the second book in the Tempting series that's under my pen name J. Lynn. And then I'll probably finish up the Covenant Series and write the last two Lux Books.

Author:Jennifer Armentrout
Release Date: September 18, 2012
Dying sucks-- and high school senior Ember McWilliams knows firsthand. After a fatal car accident, her gifted little sister brought her back. Now anything Ember touches dies. And that, well, really blows.
Ember operates on a no-touch policy with all living things--including boys. When Hayden Cromwell shows up, quoting Oscar Wilde and claiming her curse is a gift, she thinks he's a crazed cutie. But when he tells her he can help control it, she's more than interested. There's just one catch: Ember has to trust Hayden's adopted father, a man she's sure has sinister reasons for collecting children whose abilities even weird her out.
However, she's willing to do anything to hold her sister's hand again. And hell, she'd also like to be able to kiss Hayden. Who wouldn't? But when Ember learns the accident that turned her into a freak may not have been an accident at all, she's not sure who to trust. Someone wanted her dead, and the closer she gets to the truth, the closer she is to losing not only her heart, but her life. For real this time.
